Suzanne Warren is such a personable, sincerely caring, and attentive agent who wants the best for her clients. I always felt like she had MY best interest in mind. She will be my go-to agent for the Sikeston-Miner-Charleston area.

her years of experiance and knowing how, were , and why meant a lot and knowing us in showing just what we were looking for. you don't always get a person that can size you up and for some people they may not get it just rite but the years of working she defently have paid off and she puts her heart and sole in to it.

there's a lot of paper work and confusion but they took the time to explain this hole process and all this personal info that we are not used to giving out and why it really help ease the uncertianty of being willing to release

for something that I haven't done for close to 35 years and all this new computer age stuff and the whole process if it wasn't for suzane I would have probably backed out, but we made it through but hope not to have to go through this again

but it was like we had a friend along side helping us, guide us threw the hole process

Suzanne went out of her way to help us get the property sold. She even offered to pay for some sheet rock needed under a window to pass inspection for a loan.

It took awhile to sell the house, however the Charleston area is a slow market.

Suzanne Warren was amazing! We were in a unique situation that involved selling our house in Charleston while living in Pittsburgh, PA. Suzanne was the only choice in our eyes for handling the sale of our house. She has so much knowledge of the local area and how to market to the population in that area. She is also very even-keeled even when things seemed to be working against us, she was very reassuring that everything was going to be ok. Here is a great example of going above and beyond. Our home was over 100 years old and still had the original wood siding on it. According to an inspector for FHA, the outside of our house needed to be painted to remove chipping paint. Suzanne immediately found a painter, and got him started right away. The deadline was short, so Suzanne took it upon herself to go to the house and help remove the peeling paint so the painters could work faster! I sure don't know any other realtor that would do that on his or her own time!

Suzanne is an outstanding realtor and a fabulous person. I am so thankful to have had her to guide us through this crazy process! We definitely could not have done this from Pittsburgh without her!
